SOUTHWESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY * UNTIL 915 PM EDT * AT 711 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN FARMER AND SEAGROVE... MOVING SOUTH AT LESS THAN 5 MPH. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES PER HOUR IN SOUTHWESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY.
