* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY
  HOKE COUNTY
  MOORE COUNTY

* UNTIL 1135 AM EDT

* AT 830 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM SOUTHERN MOORE COUNTY EAST ACROSS
  NORTHERN HOKE AND NORTHWEST CUMBERLAND COUNTIES. THIS INCLUDES
  THE FORT BRAGG...SPRING LAKE...AND SOUTHERN PINES AREAS. THE
  RAIN WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 5 MPH.

* BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST 2 HOURS
  ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN MOORE...NORTHERN HOKE AND NORTHWEST
  CUMBERLAND COUNTIES. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN IS NEARLY STATIONARY
  AND IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THESE AREAS FOR THE NEXT 1 TO 2
  HOURS PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES OF RAIN.
