* BASIS FOR WARNING:
FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN STANLY COUNTY AND IS EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP OVER MONTGOMERY COUNTY. NUMEROUS FLOODED ROADS WERE
REPORTED IN SOUTHWESTERN STANLY COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THE AREA DURING THE NIGHT.
