THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS ISSUED A

*  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR
   SOUTHWESTERN MARICOPA COUNTY IN CENTRAL ARIZONA

*  UNTIL 255 AM MST

*  AT 120 AM MST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
   10 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF GILA BEND.  MOVEMENT WAS TO
   THE SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

*  SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE
   GILA BEND

STRONG DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM ALONG WITH LARGE
