A SHORTWAVE WILL PUSH ACROSS EASTERN IDAHO THIS AFTERNOON WHICH WILL PROVIDE ENOUGH LIFT TO ENHANCE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. UPPER FLOW IS STILL VERY WEAK SO EXPECT HEAVY RAIN UNDER THE THUNDERSTORMS...ESPECIALLY OVER THE MOUNTAINS WHERE OROGRAPHIC LIFT WILL HELP OUT.
