* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CROOK COUNTY IN CENTRAL OREGON

* UNTIL 730 PM PDT

* AT 515 PM PDT... SPOTTERS INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR PRINEVILLE.

* UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN 20 MINUTES NEAR PRINEVILLE.
  THIS HEAVY AMOUNT OF RAIN COULD CAUSE LOCAL RIVERS TO RISE
  QUICKLY.

 DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
 ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
 CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
