EXTREME SOUTHERN UMATILLA COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OREGON EXTREME NORTHERN GRANT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OREGON * UNTIL 505 PM PDT * AT 300 PM PDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DALE. * A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING RAIN IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WILL CAUSE DESOLATION CREEK TO RISE RAPIDLY.
