IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE ...MARSHALL COUNTY AT 100 AM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG WINDS IN SOUTHWEST MARSHALL COUNTY.
