* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BELMONT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO.
  COSHOCTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO.

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT.

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED NUMEROUS
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER BELMONT AND COSHOCTON
  COUNTIES...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE DUMPING TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER THE WARNING AREA.
  ONE TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREAY FALLEN IN PARTS OF THESE
