MERCER COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 730 AM EDT. * AT 450 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR OSBORN IN NORTHERN MERCER COUNTY...
