THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     MONONGALIA COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA
     INCLUDING MORGANTOWN

   * UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

   * AT 1010 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED     
     THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MONONGALIA COUNTY. IN   
     ADDITION...MORE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS EAST-CENTRAL   
     OHIO AND THEY WILL AFFECT MONONGALIA COUNTY BETWEEN 1040 PM AND 
     MIDNIGHT.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
