* AT 840 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN ARMSTRONG COUNTY...WEST AND
  SOUTHWEST OF THE TOWN OF DAYTON....MOVING MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.


* OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN MCKEE RUN IN EASTERN
  ARMSTRONG COUNTY...WITH ONE HALF AN INCH OF RAINFALL ESTIMATED
  OVER COWANSHANNOCK CREEK.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
