* AT 740 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS EASTERN PARTS OF THE COUNTY...
  MOVING NORTH AROUND 10 MPH.

* ALMOST TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ON RUMMEL RUN
  IN ONE HOUR. STREAMS WILL LIKELY GO OUT OF THEIR BANKS AS HEAVY
