* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MARION COUNTY IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 1200 AM EDT

* AT SHORTLY AFTER 7PM ... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN MOSTLY OVER WESTERN PORTIONS
  OF MARION COUNTY...MOVING DRIFTLY VERY SLOWLY TO THE NORTH.

* AN AREA OF SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAS DUMPED AS MUCH AS ONE AND
  THREE-QUARTERS INCHES OF RAIN IN JUST OVER AN HOURS TIME ACROSS
  PORTIONS OF MARION COUNTY.  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT
  WARRIORS FORK CREEK WAS CURRENTLY FLOODING IN THE TOWN OF RYMER.
  RESIDENTS LIVING DOWNSTREAM OF THIS LOCATION TOWARDS THE TOWN OF
