THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TUSCARAWAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 100 AM EDT

* AT 900 PM EDT...RADAR ESTIMATES OF BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE COUNTY...PRIMARILY THE NORTHERN THIRD.
  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED PERSISTANT
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR STRASBURG...PARRAL AND
  DOVER WITH MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE COUNTY NEAR
  DENNISON AND URICHSVILLE. THE THUNDERSTOMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE
  NORTH AT ONLY 10 MPH.

* A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM SITUATED OVER SOUTHERN INDIANA HAS PRODUCED
  NUMEROUS SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS EAST CENTRAL OHIO. THE
  HEAVIEST ACTIVITY SHOULD BE MOVING OUT OF TUSCARAWAS COUNTY BY
  10PM. HOWEVER...THE STREAMS AND CREEKRS ACROSS THE COUNTY MAY COME
  OUT OF THEIR BANKS COVERING ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.
