PONDING OF WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED ON ROADWAYS IN COLUMBIANA COUNTY BY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE SOME
STREAMS TO GO OVER THEIR BANKS.
