THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COSHOCTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AN INCH OR SO OF RAIN YESTERDAY CAUSED THE MUSKINGUM RIVER AT
COSHOCTON OHIO TO GO OVER ITS BANKS. THE STAGE WAS 13.8 FEET AT 430
AM. FLOOD STAGE IS 13 FEET. COSHOCTON IS EXPECTED TO CREST THIS
EVENING BETWEEN 15 AND 15.5 FEET.

THE COSHOCTON SHERIFF REPORTED TWO ROADS...STATE ROUTES 715 AND 206...
WERE FLOODING THIS MORNING AND ARE BEING CLOSED TO TRAFFIC.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.

...TORNADO WATCH FOR EAST CENTRAL OHIO HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
THE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER AND SPECIFICALLY TORNADO DEVELOPMENT
HAS DIMINISHED.  THERE WILL STILL BE SHOWER AND SOME ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. DUE TO THE
RISK OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR EAST CENTRAL
OHIO REMAINS POSTED UNTIL 4AM.
