* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTMORELAND COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  
* UNTIL 434 AM EDT

* AT 125 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
SHOWED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE SOUTHWARD THROUGH
WESTMORELAND COUNTY.

LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES HAVE REPORTED THAT WELTY CREEK IS OVER ITS
BANKS AND ONTO THE ROADWAY BETWEEN THE TOWNS OF MAMMOTH AND CALUMET
NEAR MAMMOTH PARK. ROADWAY FLOODING WAS ALSO OBSERVED ON STATE
ROUTE 381 NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. ROUTE 30 ABOUT ONE MILE
WEST OF LAUGHLINTOWN.

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO MOVE SLOWLY SOUTHWARD ACROSS WESTMORELAND
  COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE WARNING
  AREA DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS.
