* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARROLL COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO.

* UNTIL 600 AM EST.

* AT 215 AM EST... A SKYWARN SPOTTER INDICATED FLOODING ON THE
HAZEL RUN IN FOX TOWNSHIP NEAR MECHANICSTOWN... WITH WATER
REPORTED OVER THE BANK CAUSING SOME FLOODING TO HOMES.

* .HEAVIER RAINS MONDAY EVENING HAS RESULTED IN RISES ON MANY
CREEKS AND FOR THE HAZEL RUN TO OVERFLOW ITS BANKS EARLY THIS
MORNING. THE HEAVY RAIN HAS MOVED EAST OF THE AREA...LIGHT RAIN
WILL BE CHANGING OVER TO LIGHT SNOW BY 4 AM.
