* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO ARE...
     RIO... PORT JERVIS AND   PROSPECT HILL.

* AT 843 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A POSSIBLE TORNADO 19 MILES WEST OF PORT JERVIS OR 18 MILES WEST
  OF RIO MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

THIS IS A NEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH POSSIBLE TORNADO APPROACHING
ORANGE COUNTY FROM THE DIRECTION OF PIKE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
