RICHMOND COUNTY INCLUDING ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK ESSEX COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY HUDSON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY UNION COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 250 PM EDT * AN AREA OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN NEW JERSEY WERE MOVING RAPIDLY EAST AROUND 50 MPH.
