SLIGHTLY HIGHER SOUTH OF A LINE FROM NELIGH TO TEKAMAH AND HARLAN
IOWA WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE IS MORE UNSTABLE.  THUNDERSTORMS WILL HAVE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL.  SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL
IS ALSO POSSIBLE.
