  NORTHERN OTOE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 650 AM CDT

* AT 345 AM... RADAR AND OBSERVERS INDICATE 2 1/2 TO 3 1/2 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE OCCURRED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

SOME STREAMS AFFECTED INCLUDE
