IN EAST TENNESSEE ...SCOTT COUNTY AT 630 PM EST A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS IN FENTRESS COUNTY NEAR PALL MALL MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH. THIS STORM WILL BE MOVING INTO SCOTT COUNTY BY 640 PM EST. THIS STORM LIKELY CONTAINS DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
