* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 825 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE
  LOCATED OVER NORTHERN CLAY COUNTY... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL
  PRODUCE FLOODING ACROSS OVER ALL OF CLAY COUNTY THROUGH 1130 PM
