  CAMPBELL COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 315 AM EDT

* AT 1210 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED
  OVER SCOTT AND CAMPBELL COUNTIES... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL
  PRODUCE FLOODING ACROSS SCOTT AND CAMPBELL COUNTIES THROUGH
