BLOUNT COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE * UNTIL 415 AM EDT * AT 110 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED OVER NORTHERN BLOUNT COUNTY... MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. AT 105 AM EDT...BLOUNT COUNTY DISPATCH REPORTED SEVERAL ROADWAYS ACROSS NORTHERN BLOUNT COUNTY WERE ALREADY UNDER WATER. * EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF UP TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR WILL PRODUCE ADDITIOANL FLOODING ACROSS BLOUNT COUNTY THROUGH 415 AM EDT. HOWEVER...MODELS SHOW A SHORTWAVE MOVING ALONG THE STATIONARY FRONT STRETCHED ACROSS TN OVERNIGHT. ALSO PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES ARE HIGH AT AROUND 2 INCHES. SO WOULD KEEP CURRENT POPS GOING BUT DROP THE MENTION OF THUNDERSTORMS. WITH DEWPOINTS RUNNING AROUND 70 OR HIGHER RECOMMEND RAISING THE LOW TEMPS ONE CATEGORY FOR THE TRI-CITIES AND CSV ZONE GROUPINGS. SF/BB
