THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN WI HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  IOWA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  SAUK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 625 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM WEST OF HILLSBORO TO JUST SOUTH OF
  BOSCOBEL.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THESE STORMS WILL MAINLY AFFECT NORTHERN IOWA COUNTY AND MUCH OF
  SAUK COUNTY.  THE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL TO GOLF BALL
  SIZE AND WINDS TO 60 MPH.  TORRENTIAL RAINS CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER
THAT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE
TORNADOES. IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... SEEK SAFETY IN A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM AWAY FROM WINDOWS. A BASEMENT OFFERS THE BEST
PROTECTION.
