UPPER LOW JUST OFF SOUTH OREGON COAST. SHORT WAVE ROTATING AROUND LOW WILL SWING NORTHWARD THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING THROUGH REGION. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALREADY KICKING OFF FROM EASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY EAST ACROSS NORTHERN KLAMATH AND LAKE COUNTIES AND MOVING QUICKLY NORTH.
