* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL OREGON
  MODOC COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 425 PM PDT

* AT 1 PM PDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTY
  AND ALL OF MODOC COUNTY.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY
  SOUTHWEST.

  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN LAKEVIEW REPORTED FLOODING ALONG
  DEADMAN CREEK DUE TO DEBRIS BLOCKING A BRIDGE.

  DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!

A DAY SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY IS EXPECTED TODAY AS NORTHEASTERLY FLOW
CONTINUES. HOWEVER...SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LOW PRESSURE IS BEGINNING TO
MOVE EASTWARD. THIS WILL PULL THE MOISTURE IN WRAP AROUND FLOW WITH
IT BUT NOT UNTIL TOMORROW. DEFORMATION ZONE OVER SOUTHEASTERN OREGON
AND NORTHEASTERN TODAY WILL SPAWN AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS ONCE AGAIN.
POTENTIAL IS THERE AGAIN FOR FLASH FLOODING SO WILL SUGGEST A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH FOR EASTERN SISKIYOU AND MODOC COUNTIES THIS AFTERNOON.
AIRMASS HAS BECOME QUITE STABLE WEST OF CASCADES SO WILL REMOVE ALL
POPS FROM THOSE AREAS.  SARGEANT
