THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  MONROE MAINLAND IN SOUTHWESTERN FLORIDA

* UNTIL 550 PM EDT

* AT 500 PM EDT... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
OVER THE EVERGLADES IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MAINLAND MONROE COUNTY.
THE STORM WILL MOVE SLOWLY WEST AND APPROACH COASTAL AREAS BY 530 PM.

DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
