THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN FLORIDA

* UNTIL 525 PM EDT

* AT 435 PM EDT... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
OVER CENTRAL DADE COUNTY NEAR TAMIAMI TRAIL BETWEEN KROME AVENUE AND
THE TURNPIKE. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR SWEETWATER AND WESTCHESTER
BY 445 TO 450 PM...AND POSSIBLY REACH THE KENDALL AREA BY 5 PM.
LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM ALONG WITH STRONG WINDS.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. SEEK SHELTER
IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. DO NOT USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
