THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI FL HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEASTERN FLORIDA

   ...BROWARD COUNTY

AT 1016 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF DEVELOPING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF BROWARD COUNTY. THE
STORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND REACH THE METRO AREAS
BY 1035 PM AND SHOULD BE OFFSHORE BY 1110 PM. THE MAIN THREAT WILL
BE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH AND SOME HAIL.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. SEEK SHELTER
IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. DO NOT USE TELEPHONES
