AT 750 PM CST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
LARGE HAIL JUST SOUTH OF WYNNE ARKANSAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS
STORM WILL PASS NEAR PARKIN BETWEEN 800 AND 815 PM.  THIS STORM HAS
A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DIME TO NICKEL SIZE HAIL.

.WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS. DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM HAS
PASSED. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
