* AT 401 PM CDT... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  SOUTH OF TUPELO MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM PRODUCED 64
  MPH WIND GUSTS AT THE TUPELO AIRPORT AT 348 PM.
