IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS ...LAWRENCE COUNTY AT 956 PM CST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS JUST SOUTHWEST OF LYNN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS ACROSS BLACK ROCK BY 1015 PM. .A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER...
