* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARROLL COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE
  HENRY COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE
  WEAKLEY COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 345 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM MARTIN AND PARIS SOUTHWARD
  TO HUNTINGDON MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING OVER ALREADY SATURATED GROUND. RADAR
  INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR OVER AREAS THAT
  HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN ON THURSDAY. THE RAIN
