THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HENRY COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE
  WEAKLEY COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 225 PM CDT

* AT 1015 AM CDT... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS WEAKLEY AND HENRY COUNTIES. THESE
  STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* THREE AND A QUARTER INCHES OF RAIN WAS REPORTED IN HENRY COUNTY
  SINCE 5 AM CDT. SOME ROADS WERE UNDER WATER WITH A FEW WASHED OUT.
  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO WEAKLEY AND
  HENRY COUNTIES THROUGH 2 PM CDT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2
  TO 3 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS`
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
