  PEMISCOT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI

* UNTIL 435 AM CDT

* AT 230 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER DUNKLIN COUNTY MOVING
  EAST AT 15 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALLEN OVER PARTS OF DUNKLIN COUNTY SINCE 130 AM AND SIMILIAR
  RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED OVER PEMISCOTT COUNTY.
