THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN HARDEMAN COUNTY IN WEST TENNESSEE
  SOUTHWESTERN MADISON COUNTY IN WEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 815 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN THIS MORNING OVER
  SOUTHWEST MADISON AND NORTHEAST HARDEMAN COUNTIES. EMERGENCY
  OFFICIALS REPORTED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF WATER COVERED HIGHWAY 70 IN
  SOUTHWEST MADISON COUNTY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
  THROUGH THE AREA DURING THE NEXT HOUR LIKELY PRODUCING ANOTHER ONE
  TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN. FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY CONTINUE FOR
  THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS IN THESE AREAS.
