THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN FAYETTE COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 755 PM CDT

* AT 550 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN SOUTHWEST OF MOSCOW MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS
  SOUTHERN FAYETTE COUNTY SINCE 450 PM CDT. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS
  REPORTED EVACUATIONS NEAR ROSSVILLE ALONG THE WOLF RIVER.
