THE SLOW MOVING SURFACE TROUGH HAS PUSHED TO THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY WITH BEST MOISTURE AND HIGHER THETA E AIR NEAR THE TROUGH IN THE BIG BEND AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS. NOSE OF 3H 50KT JET STREAK MOVING INTO SRN SECTIONS FROM NM AROUND 00Z SHUD HELP WITH LIFT THROUGH THE LAYER NEAR ENTRANCE REGION.
