CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN EDDY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 1015 PM MDT (1115 PM CDT) * AT 810 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN EDDY COUNTY... WITH MOVEMENT NEARLY STATIONARY. * EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF 1.5 INCHES PER HOUR WILL PRODUCE SOME FLOODING ALONG HWY 285 FROM CARLSBAD TO LOVING AND RED BLUFF LAKE THROUGH 1015 PM MDT (1115 PM CDT).
