  TORNADO 6 MILES WEST OF MENA...AFFECTING NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
  COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN MOSTLY IN RURAL AREAS.
