A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 AM CDT FOR EIGHT COUNTIES IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS. A STRONG TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM HAS BEEN MOVING EAST ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN ARKANSAS SHORTLY AFTER 11 PM CDT. WINDS ARE FAVORABLE FOR TORNADOES AS THE THUNDERSTORM MOVES INTO WESTERN ARKANSAS. OTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING EAST ACROSS NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA AND MAY REACH INTO NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS AFTER MIDNIGHT.
