* AT 730 PM EST LAW ENFORCEMENT IN MADISON COUNTY...THROUGH DES
DIRECTOR...REPORTED STATE ROADS 421 AND 594 IN THE RED LICK AREA
WITH WATER OVER THE ROADS AND IMPASSABLE IN PLACES.  HIGHWAY 1986
NEAR UNION CITY ALSO HAD WATER OVER THE ROAD AND WAS IMPASSABLE
IN PLACES. FINALLY A CAR WAS PARTIALLY SUBMERGED IN THE KINGSTON
AREA...499...WITH PEOPLE RESCUED.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
ALTHOUGH THE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN HAD EASED A BIT ACROSS PARTS
OF MADISON COUNTY...MORE RAIN HEADING INTO THE COUNTY WILL SLOW
THE FALL OF CREEKS AND STREAMS WHICH MIGHT BE OUT OF THEIR BANKS.

BE CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF
FLASH FLOODING. NEVER ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOODED ROADWAY.
