* AT 500 PM THE PUBLIC REPORTED WATER STARTING TO GO OVER THE ROADS
  AROUND RUCKERVILLE. IN ADDITION...CREEKS AND STREAMS WERE RUNNING
  NEAR BANKFULL ACROSS PARTS OF THE COUNTY.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE AROUND CLARK COUNTY FOR THE
  NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...WITH NEW RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND AN INCH
  POSSIBLE. THIS WILL SERVE TO CAUSE FURTHER FLOODING PROBLEMS.
