* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT

* AT 650 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER ALL OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
  KENTUCKY... MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* STRONG WITH ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
  TO MOVE OVER JEFFERSON COUNTY AND PRODUCE AREAS OF LOCALIZED
  FLOODING. WITH THE STORMS...VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR AND
  SOME AREA STREETS AND ROADS...AS WELL AS LOW LYING AREAS...WILL
  FLOOD. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER JEFFERSON
