MORNING.  WATER VAPOR PICTURES SHOW MOST MOISTURE OVER NRN NV WITH
SHORTWAVE MOVING FROM OREGON INTO NORTHERN CA.  PRECIPITABLE WATER
CONTS TO INCREASE WITH 0.65 OFF OF THE MORNING SOUNDING. MODIFYING
SOUNDING GIVES LI VALUE TO -5 WITH CAPE TO AROUND 1300.  SOUNDING
ALSO SHOW INVERTED-V SO WILL BE LOOKING FOR STRNG WINDS.  THINK MOST
OF STRONG CONVECTION WILL BE NORTH OF I-80 TODAY WITH THE EARLIER
CONVECTION ADDING SOME FOCUS.  ALSO ANALYSIS SHOWS SOME CONVERGENCE
BOUNDRY ACROSS NRN ELKO COUNTY AS LOW AT 700 MB MOVES INTO ERN NV.
SCATTERED POP ACROSS NORTH LOOKS GOOD.  PER COOR WITH RNO WILL INCREASE
POPS IN CENTRAL AND BOUNDRY EXTENDS INTO SRN LANDER COUNTY.  WILL
UPDATE TO ADD GUSTY WINDS AND SOME LOCAL HEAVY RAIN TO NRN ZONES.
