THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NEW ORLEANS LA HAS ISSUED A...

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
   - EXTREME SOUTHERN PLAQUEMINES PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
   - HANCOCK COUNTY IN SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI
   - HARRISON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 435 PM CDT

* AT 125 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF
  RAIN AND SEVERAL LINES OF THUNDERSTORMS WITHIN THE RAIN AREA
  OVER SOUTHERN HANCOCK AND HARRISON COUNTIES. THE ACTIVITY EXTENDED
  ACROSS MISSISSIPPI SOUND TO SOUTH PLAQUEMINES PARISH IN LOUISIANA.
  THE ARE IS MOVING ONLY SLOWLY EASTWARD WITH MAIN OF THE STRONGER
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING OVER THE SAME AREA. RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE LIKELY
  IN HANCOCK AND HARRISON COUNTIES BETWEEN 130PM ANDZ 430 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
